Tuesday 2nd June 2009 No sides other than DOMS from yesterdays workout Muscles still aching, sleeping less, but that could be the ketosis, noticed skin is a little dryer than usual Wednesday 3rd June 2009 Joints are aching a lot, more than my usual fibro pain, they feel a little warm too, fingers and elbows burning a little, probably due to movement in those area's. Will take extra fish oil to compensate Thursday 4th June 2009 Doms are almost gone, took morning pill at 8am. Will go to the gym today and do legs and some upper body. Water intake is increasing, as is urination, also skin has a warm feel and is kinda itchy. Went gym at 1.30pm Bench 25kg, 5 reps, 5 sets. Press 25kg, 5 reps, 5 sets front, 5 sets back. Session was much easier today, weights felt lighter not feeling such stress either or discomfort. Friday 5th June 2009 Went for a walk today, dint need as much rest as usual, and only slight DOMS from working yesterday. Still urinating a lot and drinking a lot of water, must be the lower oestrogen levels lowering my body water levels. Needing less sleep also and waking up much earlier. Saturday 6th June 2009 Went to bed last night really late, work up late this morning around 10am, no pains other than the usual aches and pains from the fibro, been getting mad protein cravings lately, so had some spicy wings and 3 scotch eggs for breakfast. Did , little else all day, until 4pm I went for my walk, rested very shortly and made it home in the usually 1 hour 30. got a major headache today, nothing a little codine cant help Sunday 7th June 2009 Good day today, slept well, muscles feel harder and fuller today, might be the creatine kicking in and the Epistane. Headache has gone, tho a little foggy, still craving proteins like mad tho, ate a box of chicken and 2 tubs of cottage cheese Monday 9th June 2009 Took first dose of Epistane at 8am with my meds and vitamins, and had bacon for breakfast (7 slices) took my second dose at 1pm with a caffeine pill and within 10 mins I felt pumps in my calf's, and chest, I did the following workout Treadmil, program 10, 10 mins, 5 mins cool off Bench 35kg, 5 reps, 5 sets. Press 35kg, 5 reps, 5 sets back. Pull-down, Front, 35kg 5 reps, 2 sets. Pull-down Back, 35kg 5 reps, 2 sets. Pec deck, 35kg, 5 reps, 5 sets. Leg extension 35kg, 5 reps, 5 sets. Hamstring Extension, 35kg, 5 reps, 5 sets. Leg Press, 40kg, 20 reps, 2 sets. Calf raise, 40kg 20 reps, 2 sets. Recovery between sets was very quick and felt the need to rest much less than I usually do, I felt I could do more reps in each set, but muscles gave out. All in all a great workout. Muscles feel pumped but not hurt.
